Frequently asked questions

Are you a car dealership?+

No. We don't buy or sell vehicles and we don't hold any stock. We're an independent advisory service that works on your side of the transaction, whoever you end up buying from.

Does the initial conversation cost anything?+

No. The initial conversation is free. We use it to understand what you need and to be honest with you about whether we can genuinely help. If we don't think we can, we'll tell you and there's no charge.

How do I pay for the service?+

Our Consultation & Report has a one-off engagement fee of £49 (normally £99). You only pay it after the free initial conversation, once we've agreed we can help and you're happy to go ahead. Payment is handled securely online.

Can you find me a specific car?+

We can help you search for vehicles that match your criteria as part of our car sourcing service. We don't hold stock ourselves — we help you find and evaluate cars from the wider market.

Do you only help with a car I've already found?+

Not at all. We help people at every stage — from deciding what type of car to buy, through to reviewing a specific vehicle you've already found, or even negotiating on a car you're ready to commit to.

What happens if you don't get me a better deal?+

There's no additional charge.

Make your next car purchase with more confidence.
